This 58-minute movie depicts events of the day when astronaut John Glenn orbited the Earth three times. It documents Project Mercury and offers a look at the several international tracking stations around the world. It was issued in 1962 as a motion picture. Be prepared to hear sappy violins when Glenn completes the mission successfully.
